Posted Mar 26, ’16 – Spirit, Mind, and Emotion

Lama Sing: You are Spirit, which is eternal. You are mind, which is the good worker of Spirit interacting with the finite expression in any lifetime, such as your present one. And the agent that binds all of the works together in the finite is called emotion.

What is it, then, mind shall do with emotion, since mind is the master over the domain of self in the Earth? Shall mind give way when emotion calls to it to come, think and act in this manner?

What is your thought on this question?

Posted Mar 19, ’16 – Can we communicate with a loved one who has died?

Question:  Can we communicate with a loved one who has moved on?

Lama Sing:  Some souls who have freed themselves from the illusions of finiteness and know themselves to be eternal soar off into the embrace of God or others of their brethren who have been awaiting them. It cannot be said that this one or that one will turn about and commune with those left behind, for much of this has to do with the spirit of those that might be communed with. Do you see?

The greater part of being free is to experience that freedom, and only upon the movement into such freedom are those aspects which have been considered truly known.

Posted Mar 19, ’16 – Meditating for Oneness

Al:  Here is simple meditation that works for illuminating your path between Spirit and finiteness:

In your place of quiet prayer and/or meditation, begin by softly saying your first name. Allow there to be a space of silence and then repeat this sequence. Continue to do this, each time allowing the space to grow.

Soon you will find you are dwelling completely in the Space. In this Space, a Peace will come. As you accept that Peace and intend to dwell in It, It will expand its embrace of you and you may find at this point (as I do) that you are swept up, as though a beautiful wind comes and lifts you up into a Consciousness in which you know you are One with All that is.

When this happens for you, which I’m sure it will if you are dedicated, as you conclude your meditation, you will feel the Oneness moving back with you. The more you do this, the more you will find that you are carrying the experience of Oneness with you in daily life. You will recognize the Oneness everywhere and It will be reflected back to you by everything that you encounter.

Posted Mar 19, ’16 – A Path of Communion with Others Beyond

Lama Sing: Feel the peace. Feel the sweetness of Father. Know the warmth of His presence within you.

Pause often to feel this, that as you are in physical body and you know your spirit simultaneously, these can work together in this Knowing, and that the peaceful Knowing between spirit and finiteness illuminates a path that others beyond can come to you and commune . . .  that you are opened, and that the portal of compassion and love have no boundary, and this empowers them and you to be as one.

Posted Mar 16, ’16 – The Power of Intent

Lama Sing: Much is coming into the throes of change upon the Earth and the energies thereabouts. As this continues to unfold, remember who you are and remember your brethren, and you will be of good service by so doing.

If you are realizing the wonders of the time present in the Earth, then take pause to reflect upon, What is my ideal? What is my intent for this journey?

Remind yourselves that you have had many such journeys and that many more will follow if you choose them. But this is the one you are in at present; this is the pathway and experience that you have chosen. You create the accomplishment by determining it and holding it.

The Intent: It is that beautiful power that will open the way for you as you continue on in your current lifetime, and it is a contribution to the Light that is now awakening. Know your Intent.

Posted Mar 11, ’16 – Death, the Misunderstood Gift

Al: In the book, When Comes The Call,  Lama Sing recounts the story of our journey into finiteness from the point of our awakening to involvement with the realm called Earth.

In this story, it was explained that the process of “Earthly death” was put in place to give those journeying in the realm of Earth the opportunity to begin again, “a way out” so to say. We can have multiple opportunities to discover our true nature from within the depths of finiteness in physical body and the opportunity to come back into this Earthly realm or other realms of expression as many times as we “need” or would choose until we realize and can fully apply our potential as Children of God. With respect to the Earth, without this process called death souls could become mired in the Earthly experience.

In Lama Sing’s message, Entering the Portal Called Death, it is pointed out that we have much to say about when we pass through this portal of transition. When reflecting on that statement it could seem puzzling because some transitions seem unfair, untimely, etc.

While in spiritual form in the readings, I have observed many souls at their point of transition from life on Earth to life beyond. From my position of “loving neutrality” with the Lama Sing group, I can easily see why an infant dies a sudden death, why a teenager dies in an accident, why someone takes their own life. The reasons for this are clearly evident in their “records,” in their past experiences and choices. Transitions that might otherwise be puzzling are comprehended. Often, they were even chosen in beautiful service to others, not the kind of heroic choice that is immediately known and understood by those involved but in subtle service that often is not understood until the point of transition.

Whether an act of service or the reasons for death at that particular time are specifically personal to that one,  in every case I’ve seen from the other side, choice on the part of the individual is always — always — present.

Those who have learned to “listen” inwardly will sense when their time is near and choose, perhaps at a subtle level of their being, to gently to “let go” of this experience and move on to the next.

It wasn’t originally meant to be this way, and beyond finite realms such as Earth it is not this way. Birth and death are Earthly experiences. Elsewhere movement from one “experience” to another doesn’t involve a sense of loss or pain and there is no “death,” but rather the progression until the soul remembers its true heritage.

Posted Feb 22, ’16 – A Few Moments of Laughter

Lama Sing: We might ask you, dear brothers and sisters, when is the last time you have paused to laugh? To think of something humorous, perhaps from the past or from something you have read or heard or observed on the telly?

A few moments of laughter can dispel energies that are trying to gain a foothold in the consciousness of your being. Laughter stimulates all of the aspects of your body, mind, and spirit, and this is of course pointed to in many documents and by many who have studied same.

So again, we would simply ask you, when is the last time you have had good laugh?

Posted Feb 20, ’16 – Choice at the Onset of the Day

Lama Sing: When you awaken for a new day you make choices. Some of these choices are made from habit, from the conditioning of your life to that point. Pause for just a few moments prior to arising to realize that you have the right, singularly, to choose within yourself how you shall enter this day:

  • Shall you carry over some memories of the previous day? Shall you allow some emotion that has been borne for a variable length of time to be borne again in this day?
  • Or shall you pause and say, “Here am I (and state your name). I am a child of the Creator and within me is the power and right to choose. I choose peace and joy to be that which I carry before me.”

Then as you arise and go about the day, pause a moment here and there – particularly when there is some energy of opposition, some challenge – and remember your choice at the onset of the day. Let this be a light which dispels the darkness of illusion as you journey forth.

And let it be that which you, silently or through your actions, bear unto others. The greater you do this, the greater is the return to you and you will be lifted up all the more.

Posted Feb 19, ’16 – Empty Habits

Al: What Lama Sing is suggesting in the message, Choice at the Onset of the Day, is very powerful. Sometimes, however, it is very difficult to discern a habit or choice due to its long tenure in being a part of who you are. It may take a number of such efforts to make the more subtle, intimate habits visible.

Still, as you begin the day with a fresh clarity strengthened by a minute or two spent in prayer, your perception will become more and more clear as the days pass.  Throughout the day’s activities you will begin to feel something within, nudging you to “see” that a reaction about to take place is coming from habit, not conscious choice. Realizing this and seeing the habit for what it is, a shadow from the past, you can free yourself from it.

If each morning that follows you repeat this process, you’ll soon find yourself moving through the day feeling lighter and happier. This is because such subtle old habits burden us. They are limiting energies from something in the past that is no longer valid, an experience that we can build on rather than carrying it over and over into each new day.

It is remarkable how well what Lama Sing is suggesting works if you stay with it. I am reminded of the old freight trains that struggle to get going pulling all those empty cars behind them. In real life, many of our habits are just like empty freight cars. There is nothing in them, just the shell of a memory long gone.

Posted Feb 19, ’16 – What of Those with Different Beliefs?

5Questions PageFXQuestion:  You have given that Christ will appear in various forms according to various beliefs of people, that they would recognize this Christ spirit. Would you please give some more on this for greater understanding?

Lama Sing: Of course. A moment please …

Within each soul – each Child of God, each son and daughter of the Creator – there exists that spark of Love that has made your presence possible within the vast sea of Consciousness. It is this Love, this spark of Life that is referred to as the Spirit called Christ. And when you, any one of you, choose to awaken to the Knowing of this, you will have empowered yourself to be, in that incarnation wherein you choose to so do, a true Child of God.

Now the Spirit, when we speak of the man called Jesus or Jesus the Christ is the Spirit that is within all of you. He has claimed this at the onset of his awakening and bears it forth even now. Some of the others have done somewhat the same, and so those whom you follow in different beliefs, religions, ideologies, and so forth, each of these bears that spirit called Christ within. If you prefer to refer to this Spirit with a different name or in different terminology, that is your right of choice. And if you look to one who has awakened that Spirit within them, and the light of the Creator shines through them and their works, then this is that which shall awaken when the Promise is manifest in the Earth for you.

What you hold within and that which you cleave unto is that which is being offered to you and that coming forth called The Promise.

The separations, the boundaries, the limitations, the divisions, the points of demarcation – that this religion begins here and another there, and these are the qualities and not over there – are all facets of the journey in the realm called Earth. These enable you to gain perspective.

But when your lifetime is completed, you will realize that we are all one and of the same Creator. See?

The Story of

Our Journey Into Finiteness

WHEN COMES THE CALL    Book   eBookCall

Back Cover:

The Word burst forth, individualized as the Children of God.  Together, they freely explored and joyously shared the All.

It came to pass that some of the Children decided to borrow from the exquisite gifts of God to experience the joy of creating, and they manifested definition in a form they called Earth.  On Earth, the Children continued to build their creations, but these things of beauty were not without consequential limitations: To create form meant confining freedom; improving form wrought competition, destruction, domination; time evolved to death; belief in finite creations resulted in fear of loss, and fear replaced their memory of the Divine Spark within.

The longer this continued, the more some of the Children sought to leave the Earth, but they could not remember the way Home. Others even forgot what it was they were longing for. Mass-mind consciousness had replaced their memory of Oneness with God, with each other, with the All!

This is the story of the Living Pledge to rescue the Children. It is told in an unusual way and can be difficult to grasp unless the reader can let go of the need to intellectualize every word and instead allows themselves to be carried by the narration into the spaces beyond word, beyond form. The words are only guides to remember the history we all know but which lies deep within the recesses of our soul.
