And in the observation, the summation of its goodness, the Father granted to those who are His, the dominion over all of creation. And with this gift He gave a perfect order, His Laws, in order to sustain and perpetuate the eternal unfolding of consciousness and expression so as was to be in accord with the will and purpose of His Children, whom He loves beyond conception.
