The chakra is an indication in the normal consciousness of the entity in the Earth of the condition of the body, is it not? In other words, there is a correlation between the glandular and the chakras. Meditation and mantra, intonation and such, are intended to neutralize this. So, if we comprehend your question from the standpoint of looking at chakras and determining their tone and looking for consistency, this might be difficult. See?
