Excerpt: When considering astrological facts, conditions, and influences one should understand that there are not just those as are seen in terms of the zodiacal signs and influences, but those which are the composite of each of these on realms physical, non-physical, etheric, magnetic, and so forth. And as that is expanded it perhaps may go beyond the cognizance of awareness of most minds in the Earth plane.
But there is value to understand this much: That the breadth and depth of influences which might be collectively called magnetic, or etheromagnetic, are in constant push-pull motion, very crudely put but understandable, to each entity, to each creature, to each form in all the heaven. And that these are in motion, moving towards a greater and greater state of balance at all times.
