By way of identification, there are numerous food groupings, numerous nomenclature, by which the mind would identify these varying elements or substances which are comprised into the food groupings, and there are varying aspects which can be the differing viewpoints when one is studying same.
We wish to impart these as the general philosophies or concepts. That as one becomes moreso and moreso attuned to the presence of God’s guidance within self, then that of the gentle urging of the body, the mind, and the spirit, can in its combined form, be that which helps self to identify those foods or food groupings which are for the better ease of the body, at this time, in that place, and in accordance to those needs which may be prevalent in same.
